How to Protect your Inbox from SPAM

Use this screen to customize the behavior of your account when new information comes to it.  You can for example configure our service to block all messages that come from a particular domain, or from a particular person, or have a specific string in their Subject lines.  This is an effective and quick way to protect you from receiving unwanted information.

How it works?

Our service records email address of sender of each email you receive.  All addresses are assigned status of forward by default.  This list is then shown on a screen that looks similar to the one below.

Click on this button to tell the system to block all incoming messages that match your criteria Click on this button to enable further processing of incoming messages that match your criteria Click here to move selected addresses into your Adddress Book Click the delete button to delete selected items from this screen Enables you to select all messages on one screen with one click When a column is sorted click on this button to change sorting order (ascending/descending) Displays the number of total email addresses from which you received at least one message in the past Click on the header column to sort by that column Part of email to be considered when determining if a message should be ignored or enabled to enter the system for further processing. For example, if you want to block all messages that contain phrase 'money fast' in its subject field create a SPAM rule for field Subject. Similarly, if you do not want to see messages from joe@bigspammer.com, create a rule for field 'From' and this email address Tell the system what to do with incoming messages. Can be set to either Ignore or Forward Total number of messages ever received from a particular email address Click here to delete a SPAM entry Part of email to be considered when determining if a message should be ignored or enabled to enter the system for further processing. Can be set to either Ignore or Forward String to be considered in a SPAM rule Click here to open a new screen and create a new SPAM rule

However, if you do not want to receive email from a particular user, you can change that status to "Ignore".  When a new email arrives, our service will compare its sender with the list of email addresses you already have.  If sender's name happens to be in your "ignore" list, email will simply be ignored.
